in reality... unless you want to had human trail to see how much it safe... they all just guess work.. but virus is been around way before that.. and air filter do it's job.. so the focus is how much is possible... i fly while the flight is low... and i found no reason to worry but if at full capcity... it very highly likely.. risk just too high...
