  3. he had plan but when they hold all your party's saving.. it just made sense for him to attack.. since if they lost the war.. and when russian and american join the war... they gave up that idea so fast... would you try to robbed your bank when you had more saving than the bank itself.... you don't... since it all your money on first place... and swiss bank do taking care of you..whatever you are war crime or a tax evading asshole.. their banking is what saved thier ass..
