  5. Moderation and stress... since she are not professional model so we don't need to had the same diet... I don't mind a little overweight on summer and lose weight over winter... being doing this for 10 years.. It alright.. We all died at the end... I learn that from my dead friend that life too short...

  6. Just like anything in life consume in moderation. Poison can be used a medicine. Scientist, they just educated guess try to make a living through research money. If you don't want to consume them then don't but it does not mean you can just saying this is bad.that is bad.

  7. accept reality of uncertainty... set up goal and try to get to that goal... in the end we will die anyhow...so may well enjoy what we got...

  9. they are healthy becuase they eat in small amount size of pet food and walk all day everyday while the weather either too hot or too cold...

  13. Elder don't used much energy nor they had good digestion.. If they live like a mice they will life longer but it don't mean they are happy....
