  2. Moderation and stress... since she are not professional model so we don't need to had the same diet... I don't mind a little overweight on summer and lose weight over winter... being doing this for 10 years.. It alright.. We all died at the end... I learn that from my dead friend that life too short...

  3. Elder don't used much energy nor they had good digestion.. If they live like a mice they will life longer but it don't mean they are happy....
