@dansedevie123 it about enough calcium.. they do show how to get them if you don't want to drink milk... or you can get calcium supplement as well.. I just go for milk... easier...

@msGMS91 weight-bearing exercises for kid.... You hope too much.... the whole point is how to made the kid get enough calcium... either force them to eat more food, give them supplement or drink milk.... for family... the easy option is to drink milk.... just that... as long as they can...
