  1. This is primarily a PR operation. And as a PR operation it's pretty successful. The CIA/NED trolls are out in force on all social media. But just as the BBC doesn't understand the "purpose" of this, the people of Ukraine don't understand the purpose of this. All they see is ~1000 soldiers being sacrificed in a PR operation. Which is why Ukrainians continue to leave the country illegally to avoid the draft. One Russian report said that overall Ukraine is losing as much as 60,000 soldiers (wounded/killed) per month.

  2. It's called terrorism because Ukrainians are not attacking Russian military force, they are avoiding the Russian military and concentrating on Russian civilians.
