  1. Well the US accused Assad of using nerve gas multiple times to justify US bombing of Syria. The use of nerve gas by assad every time coincided with ISIS/Al Quida defeats on the battle field where ISIS needed bombing support from the US. So lots of false flag operations. But in this case, in order to convince Germany to stop NS-2, Russia has to attack. And Russia has no intention of attacking. So to provoke such an attack, the CIA operatives have to attack Donbass. But to do so openly wouldn't work because the CIA is openly provoking Russia. So a CIA attack while blaming the Russians of a false flag operation is a great idea. How will Russia respond? Russia no options in Ukraine. The Ukrainian gov has no control over CIA operatives.
