  1. Gen Pataeus said the US would attack Russia's military if Russia used tactical nukes in Ukraine. Kadyrov takes an equally hard line on the other side. Russia can put a tactical nuke into Ramstein airbase so I don't think Pataeus's comments reflect actual US position, although he very likely cleared that statement with the state dept's propaganda office. kadyrov, also likely cleared statement with the Kremlin's propaganda office. But I would think Kadyrov's statement is much closer to actual Kremlin policy.
