  1. The wealthier ones left at the beginning of the war. Remember why it started, it started because Ukraine wanted the right to join NATO. The death and destruction is worth the sacrifice. But of course Ukrainians didn't make that decisions, the US did, folks like Petraeus. In fact we're urging them to keep on fighting.

  2. The propagand war is all important. Ukraine has used its own people as human shields (Amnesty Int report) solely for the purpose of accusing the RUssians of war crimes. And a CBS report that was redacted, said only 30% of donated weapons reach soldiers on the front lines. And 10% for the big guy.
