  1. It take a lot of training but what Russia may be worried about is the systems could be remotely operated by Americans in Germany, while the radars and missiles are in Ukraine. Will Russia send missiles to Germany to take out command and control of the Patriot battery there? But also it's far from clear that 1 battery of Patriots (24 missiles in launchers) and spare missiles, will make any difference to the 3000 drones and 2000 missiles Russia stockingpiling for their next offensive.
