And the Dutch navy ship that was "harrased" by CHinese war planes, sailing near China/N. Korea? The Dutch move 7000 miles on the other side of the world was purely defensive. But the trade between N. Korea and Russia has benefitted N. Korea tremendously. Russia has lots of oil/gas/ energy as well as lots of both food (grains) and fertilizer. And N. Korea likely has shipped lots of munitions to Russia. Now western press oftens says the N. Korean ammo are duds, but Russia keep comming back for more. Undoubtedly N. Korea is also ramping up production of washing machines and toaster ovens and order chips from China for these products that will be shipped to Russia. The N Korean people are now much better off than before the Ukraine war.
