  1. shes a liar counting on the ignorance of low information supporters. congress does not have jurisdiction over usaid. congresses only function in the creation of usaid was giving president kennedy permission to create such an organization. kennedy then created it VIA EXECUTIVE ORDER meaning the executive branch has jurisdiction over it. meaning what is created by executive order can be uncreated by executive order. and so it shall be. the judicial or legislative branches get no say in the matter. and shes a liar that usaid had anything to do with helping her. thats not what usaid does. the name, as with most democratic creations has little or nothing to do with its function. and lastly gop support or no is irrelevant as the majority of people that voted for trump to do exactly this sort of thing do support it. ignore this at your own peril congress.
