  3. geeze, anthropologists build such castles in the sky from very little evidence. cut marks on a skeleton does not always indicate cannibalism as some cultures remove flesh from bones ritualistically as burial rights. and there no way to know who threw the spear that killed the neaderthal let alone that it indicates systemic genocide of neaderthals by cro magnon men. this is not to say that i think that there wasnt conflict between neaderthals and cromagnon men. history has ample evidence of what happens when a more advanced culture meets a less advanced one among our own species. but you cant make the inferences related here from the evidence related here.
