  1. and they said the shooter has to manually push a new round in the chamber after each one is fired for a revolver. last time i checked a round is already in each cylinder and it REVOLVES (hence the name revolver) around its axis until are chambers are depleted. then the shooter must manually push a new round into each chamber. but hey, maybe thats just me.

  3.  @kaiserdb  then you need to go take another english class. because last time i checked a supporting clause does not supersede the subject clause. oh, that and since "well regulated" in 18th century vernacular meant "functioning properly" and had nothing, what so ever, to do with government oversight and militias are entirely voluntary organizations formed by ARMED CITIZENS as, where, and how they see fit, what exactly is your point?

  4. 1:06 bullshit. go google "volly gun, pepper box, puckle gun, kalthoff repeater, cookson volitional repeater, belton flintlock, jennings rifle, and girandoni air rifle." your "argument" is invalid. and a well trained flintlock shooter could reload up to 6 times a minute. and if reloading times are so quick for detachable magazine firearms, whats the point of limiting magazines to 10 rounds? and why 10 rounds? why not 11, or 15, or 20 etc, etc. why specifically 10?

  5.  @kaiserdb  well, very few people these day actually know what well regulated meant back then and argue that it does stand for government regulation despite the bill of rights clear intent as a limiting mechanism to government power. you believe. just because you dont see how our right to be armed helps keep us free does not mean it is not there. and yes, militias are still a thing in americam and always will be. and the thing youre missing about militias is that the voluntary nature of them means they do not need to be pre existing. theyre formed as, where, and how the individuals forming it see fit. however, obviously, they could not be formed from a disarmed population. and, nothing in the 2a implies the right is based on conditions that persisted at the time of adoption. saying your interpretation of militia implies that the 2a is outdated is rather circular logic. ie something is outdated because i believe a component contained within it is outdated simply because it is contained within it, therefore it renders it outdated. yet you fail to outline why the component is outdated nor why this would render the whole outdated. no amendment is its own argument as to not amending it. and guess, what? you can intiaite the constitutional amendment process at any time. good luck with that.
