  10.  @DonMafiaGerman  its not so much linking the right to the photo id so much as expecting you to prove you are who you say you are and entitled to that right. so whats the problem? you act as if its some rare and arcane process to get a photo id. it isnt.

  11.  @DonMafiaGerman  but it is. in some cases state photo id is free. for most others the fee is nominal since it doesnt involve driving privileges. there is no rational excuse against photo ids tp vote.
