  1. industry standards require everyone handling a firearm to check to ensure it is in a safe condition and to demonstrate this to everyone involved in the scene. clearly baldwin didnt do this. firearms safety doesnt take a break on movie sets nor because its an actor holding it. these lawyers are idiots.
