  5.  @andrezcabara2774  I'm one of those engineers. It is literally in my job title. In real-time control you use models for checking that you are operating as suspected but you never use the model as an alternative to what your sensors are reading. If your model says the temperature should be 900K and the probe says 1150k, you would set off an alarm, but you would never use 900K to set a mixture ratio.
