It it this book that Harari gets all of his ideas from. I have read Harari, but I have not heard any new ideas b him. Kurzweil is currently the technical director for Google. Manna can be found on the web and there are also audio books of it on youtube. It will take less than an hour to listen to it.

If you read The Age of Spiritual Machines: When Computers Exceed Human Intelligence by Ray Kurzweil, you will see what they are pushing is a religion (even a friend to whom I loaned my copy said this) complete with a promise of immortality (it's a very persuasive argument). I have contemplated on this for decades, but can't talk here.
