They don't care about co2. They care that you are breathing their air

@lisalockwood2296 My house is off grid and powered by solar (and firewood from the forest). Soar works fine, but most people are delusional over what it entails and its capabilities. I also live in one of the world's prime solar location. A place like the UK does not receive enough environmental energy to work as in megawatts/sq kilometre.

David McKay was a British physicist who wrote a book on energy, _Sustainable Energy without the Hot Air_. It's available on his website in PDF form and should be required reading for anyone discussing energy. All the examples he gives are UK specific and he goes into details and specifics, but nothing that could be understood by someone in primary school. He goes over all of the problems (challenges) involved and presents the trade offs with each "there are no solutions, only trade offs". And he shows all of the work, so there is nothing to argue for or against other than back of the napkin math.

Ineptitude or malevolence? Once is an accident. twice is a coincidence, three times is enemy action.

@mennamaranatha4507 20L (5 gallons) will last about 3 days (maybe a week if you know how to hack/engineer) the system. What if any interruption lasts for weeks or months?

@mennamaranatha4507 Yeah, that's what I mean by hacking the system. If you use an external thermostat on a chest/deep freezer (which are well insulated) you can keep one at about 40F for 100Whr/day. Anything that is electrical won't last for more than a month or two.
