  6.  @stevesecret4782  None. Gates may be the largest single owner, but the percentage of the total amount is minuscule. Something like 97% of all farms are small family farms that sell into large co-ops, though this is changing as farmers retire and their land is bought up by said co-ops. I'm guessing that when it gets bad enough, the co-ops will stop buying from those family farms or pay so little to effectively shut them down.
