  5. You could still own things, bit it was meaningless because the state had control over whatever you owned. Yes, you owned your house, but the state needed factory space, so it was converted to a sweatshop. Which you owned (but not the profits)

  12.  @jameswilliams1085  I wish more people would just read the doctrine of fascism. It's 2 pages long and is not what people think it is. It's basically a form of monarchy, so the day to day living conditions would depend on the leader in charge. You could have good leaders or bad leaders. The leaders purpose was to build up the state so that it could provide a better life for it's citizens. The citizens would work for the state and the state would work for the citizens.
