By nutritional value, meat is more efficient use of land. How many acres of land and water for lettuce and avacado equal to one cow of protein and calories?

  8.  @dubuyajay9964  Gates owns the mot farmland, but not most of the farmland. Most farmland is owned by small farmers, but I believe this is rapidly changing and the average farmer age is 58. All combined, gates own a block of land 20miles on side.
