@darcykendler932 The poor person doesn't have to pay anything if they buy locally produced things like food. A 1% increase in oil prices typically leads to a roughly 0.2% increase in food commodity prices. A 50% increase n oil, would lead to 10% increase in food price. I'd take that for no income tax.

Fascism with American characteristics. "fascism with a smile. As a warning against its cosmetic facade, subtle manipulation, and velvet gloves, I call it friendly fascism. " --Milosz

@stevebishop9468 Henry Wallace wrote “The American fascists are most easily recognized by their deliberate perversion of truth and fact. Their newspapers and propaganda carefully cultivate every fissure of disunity, every crack in the common front against fascism. They use every opportunity to impugn democracy . . . . They claim to be super-patriots, but they would destroy every liberty guaranteed by the Constitution.”

@Bufford2024 Not a ponzi. Pyramid schemes require infinite growth, BTC just is.

@subspace666 I buy very little stuff, and the US is a net energy exporter. Maybe it's not good to be so reliant on consumption for the economy. From the list of the top imports to the United States, the US had been the worlds largest producer in recent memory. Pharma and electronics...cars. I've worked in or personally know people who worked in all of these fields. So we had a business, sold it over seas so we could consume its production for 30% less in exchange for income tax to pay for unemployment benefits for the now jobless workers....

@trytorememberallthis One acre will feed over 350 chickens. It takes 5 months to grow to maturity.
3
@trytorememberallthis I'm going on my own experience where I had 110 chickens on little less than a qurter acre, no deaths, and google corn yield numbers. I didn't have supporting structure other than a few trees. It's down to about a dozen now which keep about 4 people and two dogs in eggs. I'm no where close to the stats you gave.

"Germany is the birthplace of the Science of Ecology & Green Policies" "Never forget that the most sacred right on this earth is mans right to have the earth to till with, in his own hands; and the most sacred sacrifice is the blood that a man sheds for this earth.” -[redacted] Somebody needs to do some research into "NSDAP Government Policies" to see where a of this comes from, amost verbatim in parts.

@freedomwillring6749 The richest one percent of the world’s population are responsible for more than twice as much carbon pollution as the 3.1 billion people who made up the poorest half of humanity during a critical 25-year period of unprecedented emissions growth. - 25 year oxam study results

@deborahschoepfer5218 "American fascism will not be really dangerous until there is a purposeful coalition among the cartelists, the deliberate poisoners of public information, and those who stand for the K.K.K. type of demagoguery." - Henry Wallace

@trytorememberallthis 1 acre = 208 bushels of corn. 1 chicken = 1.75lb corn/week. 208*48lb/bushel/1.75lb/week = 5705 chicken weeks / 350chickens = 16 weeks

@JeDxDeVu While electronics is dependent on silver and gold, the quantities used are in the milligram and nanogram range and won't change the overall price. Adding $10 to a $70 cpu is o going to break a market. Solar panels, probably, but they're a scam anyway

Carnival Corporation, the world’s largest luxury cruise operator, emitted nearly 10 times more sulphur oxide (SOX) around European coasts than did all 260 million European cars in 2017, a new analysis by sustainable transport group Transport & Environment reveals.

A bushel of wheat (~100,000 kcalories, 110kwh food calories) costs $5.70 in 1960 it cost $17.56 Priced in energy that's about 50kwh/bushel. https://www.macrotrends.net/2534/wheat-prices-historical-chart-data https://www.darrinqualman.com/wheat-price/

I don't know anything about that, but look at theophany. I think this was kinda fasionable in 1930's Germany and has a lot in common with the woke cult. It's very 'green', hitl3r was a vegetarian and many ss were the original organic farmers and started the green movement.

Silver paper ratio is 396:1. The price is the short price. And it's all naked. The actual price for silver could be $11,500 oz (there's not enough actual physical silver in the world as has been sold)
1
The tech crowd believes they have solved both of these. They are god now.
1
Wait till COMEX is closed and the real price is found. The COMEX price is for shorts only, and they are oversold 396:1. In case of a squeeze, they will have to do a force majeure

N* germany started the idea of esg. I'm convinced that they did not go away after ww2 and are lurking in the power structures of the world. So many of them escaped to the US and south america.

That may have been an advertised reason, but the real reason was economics. I worked at a grocery store when plastic was introduced and we were pushed to encourage people to use plastic because it was 1.5 cents cheaper per bag. I do not recall the environmental argument until four years later.

@stevebishop9468 Somebody needs to do some research into "NSDAP Government Policies". Green new deal verbatim in parts. "[]r was known to speak at length about various renewable energy sources, including environmentally-appropriate hydropower and producing natural gas from sludge, as alternatives to coal. He declared “water, winds and tides” as the energy path of the future."

It all depends on the vertical scale. Zoom out enough and any exponential growth curve looks flat. Conversely, .00001% exponential growth rate looks parabolic if you zoom in enough. People don't know how exponential growth works

@wantsome-zs5sq It explicitly says so in The Communist Manifesto . Capitalist mega elite own all of the socialist countries. You think Brezhnev lived in a 20m^2 apartment with a shared bath? The socialist is just an excuse to sedate the masses.

US can buy Europe's inflation and they can buy ours. Problem solved.

How do you have price discovery when price is set on naked shorts (scam)? Real price discovery cannot occur until the COMEX is shut down. The paper/gold is 136:1 and the paper/silver ratio is 396:1. That means when people want their actual physical bar of gold and the bank doesn't have it, they can legally payout $2400/oz instead of the giving out the physical gold being bought for $326,000/oz in Shanghai. Silver would be going for $11,500oz at a 396:1 ratio...

"The broken money is what's really enabling all of this". That is the central pillar to all of these strategies (it's in the communist manifesto). Control the money, control the world

@ruud4508 I don't remember, just that he was involved in that whole secretive world. I thought his family was involved in gobal banking. The other day I remembered the movie Chitty Chitty Bang Bang had a bunch of children living underground and whether this was where the underground missing children stories came from.
