  13. The timing is very suspiscious. The banks needed an infusion of cash at the end of 2019 (Sep repo crisis) and they foruitously got stealth trillions thanks to covid. Just like BlackRock said would be needed on Aug 22 2019. Without covid, they would have had to explain to congress why they needed another bailout a la 2008.
