  12.  @garydanilkiewicz7169  Banks are bankrupt, so they need to slow the velocity of money. If you can stop the velocity while at the same time adding large amounts (of money), when the money starts to move again it can cause high rates of inflation leading to societal chaos and hopefully collapse.
