  3.  @deltapag5051  Lobbying is telling the government your opinion. Corruption is when the government does your opinion for money. "I think we need a stoplight here to protect the children" is lobbying. "I'll give you a free island vacation if you install an amazonpro streetlight system to protect the children" is corruption when the government official accepts the favor in exchange for the job. Because somebody give you money to do something doesn't mean that you have to do it if you take the money.
