  3.  @ryansteve2893  I knew someone who'd been in many programs. They came from a well off family and it had been estimated that over $2 million had been spent on them including being given a house in an upper middle class neighborhood. Somehow they ended up back on the streets before dying at a very young age. No amount of money could have prevented this.
