@vanillasky1271 I checked this with Al before posting and it lied saying that this is not true, that it is composed of 12 member banks. Probing 1 degree further though, asking if the member banks were privately held, it said yes🤣🤡

@DadSavesAmerica Deflation is the natural state of the human condition. Inflation is a necessary requirement of using debt as money. You pay off debt with more debt (and more debt to repay that debt (and more debt to repay that debt (and more debt to repay that debt (and more debt ...)))). This is the reason for war and pandemics; they inject a lot of stimulus into the system when the system starts running low on money. The system ran out of money in 2008 and again in 2019-2020 (repocalypse).

It's a Ponzi scheme and must grow. When Ponzi schemes stop growing, the tower collapses. This is good if you want growth, especially fast growth, but here is no such thing as tapering a Ponzi scheme. This is happened to the USSR, it requires infinite growth and was Marx's idea for driving an economy.
