  12.  @richardavery4692  Why do you need to follow an economic model? Capitalism isn't an economic model, it's how humans naturally trade with each other free of constraints. Adam Smith wrote a description, not prescription. The only real rule is private property, concept that most animals seem to grasp in nature. It's probably an evolutionary advantageous idea

  24.  @martino8114  Thanks for the reply. Nobody ever tells me what is wrong with trump. I've listened to almost nothing from him and half the stuff I do know comes from Bloom County when I was a kid. Yes, I do live under a rock, and don't know what's going on in the world (much), but I have relatives that foam at the mouth about him and nobody will tell me why. I'm pretty sure one was hospitalized over this because they disappeared for a few weeks after he was elected and they were convinced that he was going to put all the Jewish people in camps (really:body-blue-raised-arms:). I couldn't find where they got these ideas

  26.  @martino8114  I've actually studied the nazis and communists a lot over the last 10 years. I wasn't interested in any of this before, but kept ending up in the same places. I was mostly interested in mathematics which lead to economics, then to history ending up in religion. I didn't learn anything new in this guy's talk. Maybe I just went insane like Nash hahahahaah

It's to keep the masses happy enough while you, as the king, get to exercise your power. Tell them everybody is equal or that everyone is free, which is the best strategy (for you)?

They had a welfare state and a centralized health insurance....and they were very 'green'. They started the organic farming movement and wanted to run Germany entirely from wind and tide power. They also had the first green new deal.
