  1. I loved keeping a kosher home for 12 years in a marriage.  I learned everything I could.  I still cook kosher recipes fairly often.  Uprated.

  2. Jews can break kosher rules if they are sick.  Pork is felt to be nutritious, so if you're extremely sick and weak, you can definitely have, say, a nice won ton soup or something.

  3. 2011super Did I spell it incorrectly?  It was funny, among my practicing Jewish inlaws, many of them loved pepperoni pizza.  Pork and cheese, right there.  I just teased them and they laughed, too.
