Uprated.  I get good ideas from this clip already.  I always make ribs when we're on vacation, but have to eat them alone, as the French don't like ribs and don't like bbq, I find.  The last furnished house we rented had a fine electric carving knife.  I'd never used one but figured it out and wow, they make great ribrack slicers!  I do make duck abobo Filipino style here in France, and this, they do like, very much.  (I don't know who wouldn't, as long as they eat poultry!)  I could use French citronnade in this.  (It's delicious and not a soda.)  What a good channel.  Thank you very much and thanks to this chef.

  2. Set it to "watch later" or get out your notebook and pen.  And feel better soon.  I had to fast for 12 hours yesterday, no food OR water, for a nasty, scary test.  Doo doo happens!  :)

I do see it here in France in places which sell "Asian" products.  I find the ingredients in them gnarly so I try to actually make my own condiments, but hey, I am not always up for it.  I say, don't feel bad if you buy a condiment ready-made, just take it easy and think about what you're eating.  Good luck!
