Lew Mobey They really don't.  They may rotate among a few markets per week or month, but their space is arranged, with permit, and paid for, so there they stay.  I'd look up the name of his special sauce and see if there's a contact point for details.  Vendors are not there seven days per week and you have to know their hours.  Use your noodle -- you can probably find him!  Have fun at the game!!

  3. gingerchristies How nice of you!  I hope that person going to visit for an event does try to get there and pack some of that stuff away for the game and to take back!  I'd sure love to get at least a couple of those mad sauces.  One I'd try and it'd probably make me sick (bad health) but I'd be tickled to try it anyway, and then I'd still have another to give as an informed gift!  Good game food and post-game food is "an essential," hee hee hee hee hee!!!!!  :)

Matt Lohkamp Hee hee hee!  I actually learned that one in IN SEARCH OF EXCELLENCE in my MBA program in NYC in the '80s!  They felt it was a solid trait of winning companies.  This man has his thing down, people like it, HE likes it, that is beautiful.  And, free-range pork is awesome.  As he says, happy pigs ...
