WessCNY That's fine!  I was chatting with a doctor here in France (I am from the USA) (a long time in NYS) and he noted that recently, the French he knows who went to live in Canada didn't stay long.  They came back to France.  But hey, that doesn't necessarily mean much.  That's just who he meets through his practice.
