Maybe, but I wouldn't mind seeing an AMERICAN DESPOT episode.  That is a dish invented by Robert Poss in NYC.  It's Kraft Macaroni & Cheese, original type, dotted with peas and with a whole bunch of hot sauce dumped over it so it turns all red.  You get hiccups in ten seconds but it's unforgettable.  One of my fave American "sleazemeals."

Strange androgynous guy!  Too much plastic in his life, maybe.  I always found pig ears inedible, but I figured out they have to be WELL COOKED.  One of the most delicious things I tasted as a girl in Ohio in the '60s was a fried Spam our neighbors made.  It was a greasy mess.  It looked HORRIBLE.  But it was super-edible!  So, there ya go.
