  1. The Elimination Diet in the JUICING FOR LIFE book in the '80s helped me identify food intolerances -- lost 50 lbs so easily. So I kept going and tried to change what I put in and on me. Last year I lost over 70 lbs, am near ideal weight, & after a lifetime of quite serious health problems, I'm pretty ok & take practically no meds, ever. I'm gluten intolerant, & have found that toiletries & harsh cleaners also cause problems. I like the Kniepp Method -- cold water. Boosts the immune system.
