The guest is crazy.  In the 1890s, the tax on the rich was about 90%.  It was about sixty per cent. in the '30s, and was about 50% until about 1980 when Reagan was elected.  Hello??  I was there for the seventies stuff.  Adult.  Americans are GENERALLY taxed lower than most other countries.  I stress GENERALLY, okay?  Pretty good clip, thanks.
