  1. Well, I live in France and much of Europe eats horses, rabbits, et c.  Stray dogs and cats do get grabbed, but I think they're mostly stripped for their fur.  They can certainly be eaten, if that's what you want or need to do.  I think it's a choice and matter of conscience.
