  1. In Islamic law, a Muslim man can marry a non-muslim woman & have Muslim kids with her. But a non-Muslim man is simply never allowed to marry a Muslim girl. This is the most important purpose of Islamic veil aka Hijab.(Quran 33:59)

Essentially it has two components. 1) Encouraging Muslim men to marry Non-Muslim girls & having Muslim kids with them to increase the size of Muslim population. This is done by force in Islamic countries & by deception of vulnerable girls in Secular countries. Love may be genuine in occasional cases. 2) Preventing Non-Muslim men from having any kind of Relationship with Muslim women. Islamic countries have legislations in place to this effect.
