Anybody can be a Prophet: 1) Surround yourself with less educated thugs and pay them for believing in you. 2)Tell your intentions and insist that actually God is telling that and you're just a medium. 3)Start the conversation with 'O ye who believe' 4) Consistently emphasize that 'your believers' are victims of nonbelievers and encourage them to fight for your cause. 5)Summarise your ideology and shout it via loudspeakers, 5 times daily to brainwash the believers. 6)Be confident when doing above- This is the most difficult part. You've to be a narcissist.
