  3.  @daytonarol3x  There are a lot of man hours in them. They are all low volume and they do a lot of bespoke models. I don’t care much one way or the other for RM but I get why they cost what they do. Not to mention the number they give away to sports stars like Johan Blake, Julian Alaphilippe and Yulia Levchenko...

I’ll tell you why they’re so expensive (apart from the obvious): they keep giving them away to top sports identities like cyclist Julian Alaphilippe, sprinter Johan Blake and high jumper Yulia Levchenko (they made a special one for her). Then there’s their Formula 1 sponsorship and that doesn’t come cheap.
