  5. There have been sanctions against Israel in the past. The Reagan and Thatcher governments both banned arms sales to Israel after the Bekaa Valley war in 1982. This is much worse. This is like the Warsaw Ghetto.

  11. The problem with mainstream news is not the news services themselves. It’s that they can only report what they’re told. And since virtually everything is filtered through the US State Department, you get only what they want you to believe. The trouble is that Israel also controls the messages that flow out of the region and they are far more dominant in their region that any other country. Anyone who has ever been there knows when they are lying.

  12. @ All in good time. Courts only go after people when they are sure they can get a conviction. Of course we all think we know what he’s done but what can be proved in court is another thing. It takes time to be assemble a case like this. Even so, does anyone think Russia would hand him over?
