She doesn't have to because the ICC has already done it. There is no misunderstanding about that. Everyone knows exactly who we are taking about. Furthermore in any potential action, it will be the ICC or ICJ that does it. Gaza is rapidly turning into a modern day Warsaw Ghetto.

  10. The problem with mainstream news is not the news services themselves. It’s that they can only report what they’re told. And since virtually everything is filtered through the US State Department, you get only what they want you to believe. The trouble is that Israel also controls the messages that flow out of the region and they are far more dominant in their region that any other country. Anyone who has ever been there knows when they are lying.

  11. @ All in good time. Courts only go after people when they are sure they can get a conviction. Of course we all think we know what he’s done but what can be proved in court is another thing. It takes time to be assemble a case like this. Even so, does anyone think Russia would hand him over?
