@kenlogsdon7095 I disagree with most of the comments here, especially the more flippant ones that are just mindless Boeing bashing. This comment, however, makes total sense. It definitely should be a licensed profession. Best comment here by a mile.

Has anyone here read Boeing's comments in toto or are you just going to believe the crap the comes from the pro-SpaceX lobby - including their gushing spin servant in chief over at Ars Technica, Eric Berger - or are you going to get Boeing's side of the story? I'm not saying Boeing is right. I'm saying that we owe it to ourselves to read both sides to form and accurate view.
