  6. Kaliningrad was ethnically cleansed after WW2. There are no people of German or Polish descent. Only russians planted there. When the CCCP collapsed, none of the countries surrounding Kaliningrad wanted to absorb it. Because, frankly, you would have to ethnically cleanse the city again, only this time, to deport russians back to the sh♤thole. This is the same problem Ukraine is facing. During the times of the CCCP, Ukrainian nationals were deported to other parts of the CCCP and ethnic russian settlers moved in. These are the "ethnic russian speakers" putin is talking about.

  10. According to dear leader putin himself, Wagner is fully funded by the russian government. He did so state this. Wagner is russian armed forces, there no longer is any plausible deniability. That said, russia demonstrated in Syria that Wagner forces are completely expendable and kill8ng them will not draw any response from the regular russian army.
