@elmarco777 : Mark, perhaps you were a direct eyewitness to the ALLEGED event. If so, you should have provided corroborating evidence. Failing that, neither you nor I "knows he did it". When you state "we all know", you are also factually in error. One can easily infer that YOU think he did it. But that clearly doesn't include a very large segment of the population. So we can readily discard the "we all know" and simply change that into "those of us who think we know, which excludes a large segment of the population".
Further, this video speaks to implanted memories, not to suppressed memories or denials. Your comments to those who suggest that Bret Kavanaugh should watch this to help him remember, make it seem that you have failed to grasp the concepts in this TED talk. Not one scintilla of this video speaks to what Supreme Court Justice Kavanaugh testified to during Congressional hearings. It does, obviously, speak to what MAY be a factor in Dr. Ford's testimony. I do not know if it was or was not a factor in Dr. Ford's testimony, period. Its merely suggestive of that.
Dr. Loftus (in this video) has found that absent corroborative evidence, eyewitness testimony is not necessarily compelling and factual. We should be cautious of this type of testimony in isolation.
Please note that I didn't call you any names and further, have kept this quite civil. I have an expectation that you will respond in kind.
