  3. That house has a "trip step". It appears to have a slightly higher riser. Not so much that it is visually obvious, but different enough from the other standard riser heights to cause people to trip. This is a building defect. A good builder will not install stair stringers that way.

  5. I agree, not 20 meters. That would be just under 3 seconds long. This jump isn't close to 3 seconds at all. For this jump, I get just about 1.5 seconds (1/4 speed playback, from the moment he vocalizes until he hits the water), making this around 11 meters, not 20.

  9. The cameraman mentioned "East Hampton". If that is the East Hampton on Long Island, the driver had better pray he has an Outer Beach Permit. If not, that is a massive fine. He also needs a recovery vehicle with that same permit. Getting off the sand is likely going to cost a fortune. Of course, if he is a rich boy (many in EH are!), then daddy will shrug off the bill.
