  1. Law Enforcement did not beat the individual during interrogation. According to the news reports, the Army Vet, who first contacted this individual, stripped the individual's hand gun. The Army Vet then proceeded to strike the individual with that hand gun, repeatedly, while calling for assistance. Said assistance came forward in high heels, which were then applied to the individual's face using full leg force. That kind of activity is going to leave a mark.
