In consideration of the overwhelming evidence, I will accept nothing less. And the Judge, who Mr. Brooks has gone out of his way to antagonize, will then set sentencing.

What is ahead of him is conviction and incarceration, until the end of his natural life. And Corrections Officers will tell Mr. Brooks to do and he will be made to comply. What fun for him!! Bon Appétit

I respectfully disagree. I think the jury must be sheltered from the vultures in the media. Their lives should not be turned into a circus because they fulfilled their civic duty. If they choose, they can speak to the press, after the trial. That would be their choice. We should not make that choice for them. Please do understand that this is not a personal attack on you or denigrating to your position. I try to maintain dignity and respect in my responses. You deserve that from me.

@ethangravity669 Mr. Brooks will continue to misbehave, as is his personality. Continued misbehavior leads to a never ending series of escalating measures, to include isolation from other inmates and/or staff. In that circumstance, he will be located in a 6×10 cell. The cell is a place to sleep and a toilet. Meals appear through the sally port in the door. The Supreme Court has held that the inmate must have exterior to the cell exercise. In ADX Florence, the door is opened to a different cell, by remote control. The inmate enters the other cell and the door closes. One hour later, the process is reversed. At no time does the inmate come into contact with others. The enormity of walking up in this box, day after day after day after day is brutal. Mr. Brooks is 40 (or so). Life expectancy in the US is 79 years. So he can expect 39 years (14,245 days) in a box. Makes me smile
