  2. Technically Telegram can't be banned. Get an Android smartphone and install Telegram. If they ever ban it on Google Play Store, you still will be able to download it from official Telegram website and continue to use it.

  3. Telegram rocks. If they ban it on Apple Store and Google Play, you will still be able to use it on your phone's browser or your PC as a desktop application. If you own an Android smartphone, then you will be able to download Telegram on their site despite the ban.
