  4. Thank you. If I may, I would avoid salt, pies and roast ‼️ Real test of each earth given foods are wonderful once we get rid of addiction. Personally, I use celery sticks that I cut in my foods , that gives me the salt that my body needs and regulates my blood pressure 💡‼️
